Zucker's on the Plaza
Friends of Bogardus Plaza is thrilled to have Zucker's the plaza. The Zucker's kiosk will feature elevated street food for breakfast and lunch, as well as La Colombe coffee and snacks throughout the day. The family-friendly menu is inspired by iconic New York City foods and includes everything from egg & cheese sandwiches, hot dogs, pizza, and soft serve to modern favorites like avocado toast.
Founder Matt Pomerantz opened the original Zucker’s Bagels on Chambers Street in 2007. He and his business partner Dan Pace have since opened five bagel shops throughout Manhattan, with a 6th opening soon near Bryant Park. Dan has lived in Tribeca and Matt currently still resides in the neighborhood, so operating the new Z EATZ kiosk in Tribeca has special meaning to them both.

The Plaza is Open!
Friends of Bogardus Plaza officially reopened to the public in December 2020. The newly redesigned public outdoor plaza is 30% larger, with more public seating, a new elevated deck, ground surface, lighting plan, expanded green areas and a historic clock.
